FRANKFURT as already mentioned probably one of the most interesting airports in Europe.
Not only are the top dogs, Lufthansa and Air Berlin operating their major hubs here, but numerous exotic airlines find their way to the Rhine-Main metropolis. Certainly a mecca for aviation fans of the Airbus A380, by Lufthansa, Singapore Airlines and Korean Airlines.
But the new flagship of All Nippon Airways (ANA), made by Boeing, the B787-8 "Dreamliner", choose Frankfurt as it first destination outside of Japan. It will soon be followed by Ethiopian Airlines B787 "Dreamliner" which is probably one of the most colorful airliners.
