The Aeromarine 40F was an American two-seat flying-boat training aircraft produced for the U.S. Navy and built by the Aeromarine Plane and Motor Company of Keyport, New Jersey. Fifty out of an original order for 200 were delivered before the end of World War I, with the remainder cancelled due to the armistice.
The aircraft was a biplane with a pusher propeller. The pilot and instructor sat side-by-side.
Die Aeromarine 40F war ein zweisitziges amerikanisches Flugboot für die Pilotenausbildung der U.S. Navy das von der Aeromarine Plane and Motor Company in Keyport, New Jersey gebaut wurde. 50 von anfänglich 200 bestellten Maschinen wurden Ende des Ersten Weltkriegs geliefert, die restlichen wurden wegen dem Waffenstillstand nicht mehr gebraucht.
Das Flugzeug war ein Doppeldecker mit einem Druck-Propeller. Der Pilot und Ausbilder sassen nebeneinander.
