Einsatzgeschichte
The two former TAP 707-382Bs were used by VQ-7, based at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma to maintain pilot proficiency of E-6A Mercury pilots. After the retirement of the TC-18Fs, the Navy leased two US Air 737-201s to maintain pilot proficiency, N223US and N227AU.
Die beiden ehemaligen TAP 707-382Bs wurden von der StaffelVQ-7 verwendet und sind auf der Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma beheimatet. Sie werden zur Pilotenschulung der E-6A Mercury Piloten eingesetzt. Nach der ausser Dienststellung der TC-18Fs, pachtete die US-Navy zwei USAir 737-201S zur Pilotenschulung (N223US N227AU).
