One Blenheim Mk. IV captured by the Japanese in 1941 was taken over by Indonsesian rebels after the war and was refurbished and modified for the survey role. After beng fitted with Japanese 950 hp Nakajima Sake engine, the plane crashed on its first flight in 1946. |
