Zurich-Airport is always fantastic to go and spotter airplanes. So happens this may 2010 when Raimond Dollnik decided to get his camera ready and spend a day up at the airport.
Of
course he was also looking forward to see the Airbus A380 from Singapore
Airlines, for the first time. Raimond and I know each other almost 3 years
because we working together. He was studying Business affairs and then after
that working ten years for the travel-agency Imholz. Later on he worked as a
Leisure Sales Agent for Crossair Airlines. Sadly he had to see all these
turbulence regarding the fall and bankruptcy of Swissair in
beginning of
2001.
Since 2003, Raimond is working now for the University of Basel, coaching the students of the medical faculties. But he never lost his interest on civil aviation and tourism, and during his intensive travelling in the past, he always had a dream, once to fly with Concorde. A few years ago his dream came true and he flew on Concorde to New York. A short while ago I sew his great pictures from Zurich-airport and convinced him to publish them on our website.
